The invention relates to pavement material stirring equipment with a heating function. The pavement material stirring equipment comprises a shell, a stirring cylinder, an end cover and a stirring device; a heat preservation layer and an electric heating layer are sequentially arranged between the shell and the stirring barrel from outside to inside; a discharge pipe extending out of the shell is arranged at the lower end of the stirring barrel; a coil is arranged on the outer wall of the discharge pipe; and the stirring device comprises a stirring mechanism rotatably arranged on the end coverand a stirring motor arranged on the outer wall of the top end of the end cover, the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft rotatably arranged on the end cover and a plurality of stirring rodsarranged on the outer wall of the stirring shaft, and a plurality of moving mechanisms used for moving the end cover up and down are arranged between the end cover and the stirring cylinder. The electric cylinder is arranged to move the stirring mechanism up and down, so that stirring is more uniform; by arranging the heating layer, raw materials needing to be stirred are heated conveniently; andby arranging the heat preservation layer, heat of the heating layer is prevented from being dissipated out of the shell, and energy saving is facilitated.
