The invention discloses a spiral adjusting bridge support, which comprises an upper support plate, a lower support plate and a height adjusting device, wherein the upper support plate is located belowa bridge body of a bridge; the lower support plate is located between the upper support plate and a pier of the bridge; the height adjusting device comprises an upper adjusting piece and a lower adjusting piece, and the upper adjusting piece is in threaded connection with the lower adjusting piece; and the lower adjusting piece is arranged on the lower support plate, the upper adjusting piece isarranged between the upper support plate and the lower adjusting piece, and the upper adjusting piece can rotate around the axis of the upper adjusting piece. By rotating the upper adjusting piece andutilizing threaded connection of the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece, the height change of the upper adjusting piece is transmitted to the bridge through the upper support plate,then the settlement amount and the construction error of a foundation are compensated, and stepless height adjustment with the large height adjustment amount is achieved.
