The transverse fixed seat is rotatable, so a device can conveniently enter the lower part of the bridge body for measurement; the traction rope controls the support rodto move, so the detection device can be controlled to move in the vertical direction, the height of the detection device can be adjusted, the detection device can detect on water or at the water bottom, and the detection device can be controlled to move transversely through the electric push rod; and a real-time scene at the water bottom can be monitored visually due to the camera.
