The invention discloses a foam dust removal device and an environmental sanitation vehicle, the foam dust removal device comprises a dust collection cover, a bubble blowing air nozzle and a foam liquid supply device, and the dust collection cover is connected with negative pressure equipment; the bubble blowing air nozzle comprises a foaming agent nozzle and an air nozzle, the foaming agent nozzlesleeves the air nozzle, a hole communicated with an inner cavity of the dust collection cover is formed between the foaming agent nozzle and the air nozzle, and the inner cavity of the dust collection cover is communicated with the outside through the air nozzle; the foam liquid supply device is communicated with the hole; the foam dust removal device can effectively reduce the concentration of dust in airflow; compared with existing spraying dust removal, due to the fact that the water consumption is greatly reduced, the volume of the water tank of the foam liquid supply device is correspondingly and greatly reduced, the effective volume of the garbage can can be increased, the vehicle-mounted weight is reduced, and the operation endurance mileage of the electric sanitation vehicle can be increased; and meanwhile, a filter element does not need to be installed, space can be saved, the capacity of the dustbin is increased, and the defect that the filter element cannot work on a wet road surface or a ponding road surface is overcome.

本发明公开了一种泡沫降尘装置以及环卫车辆，该泡沫降尘装置包括集尘罩、吹泡气嘴及泡沫液供给装置，集尘罩与负压设备相连；吹泡气嘴包括泡沫剂喷嘴及气嘴，泡沫剂喷嘴套装于气嘴外，泡沫剂喷嘴与气嘴之间形成有与集尘罩的内腔连通的孔隙，气嘴将集尘罩内腔与外界连通；泡沫液供给装置与孔隙连通；上述泡沫除尘装置能有效降低气流中粉尘浓度，从根本上防止粉尘扩散，相比现有喷雾降尘来说由于用水量大幅减少，泡沫液供给装置的水箱容积相应大幅减少，可增大垃圾箱的有效容积，降低车载重量，有助于增加电动环卫车的作业续航里程；同时由于不需要安装滤芯，也可节省空间，扩大垃圾箱容量，而且避免了滤芯不能在湿润路面或积水路面作业的缺陷。
