The invention discloses a prefabricated part forming structure. The prefabricated part forming structure is used for forming a concrete prefabricated part, and comprises a reference panel and a plurality of protrusions located on the upper surface of the reference panel at intervals; hollow structures are arranged inside the protrusions, wherein openings of the hollow structures face the lower surface of the reference panel; and the hollow structures are prisms, and the ratio of the diameter of an inscribed circle of each prism to the height of each prism is not less than 3. The invention further relates to a prefabricated part formed by the forming structure and a connecting structure of the prefabricated part. According to the prefabricated part, all the prism protrusions are broken fromthe roots whether in a joint face shearing test or in a joint face tensile test, and therefore the bonding strength of the prefabricated part and post-poured concrete is improved to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种预制构件成型结构,用于成型混凝土预制构件,其包括基准面板和位于所述基准面板上表面的若干个间隔设置的凸起,所述凸起内部具有空心结构,所述空心结构的开口朝向所述基准面板的下表面,空心结构为棱柱体,所述棱柱体的内切圆直径与其高度的比值不小于3。本发明还涉及由上述成型结构成型的预制构件及其连接结构。本发明的预制构件的棱柱体凸起在结合面剪切测试中,全部的棱柱体凸起均从根部断裂,在结合面拉伸测试中,全部的棱柱体凸起均从根部断裂,最大限度地提高了预制构件与后浇混凝土的结合强度。
