The structural layer comprises an absorption plate and a buffer structure abutting against the absorption plate. The end, opposite to theabsorption plate, of the buffer structure is connected with the bottom lining plate. The light metal composite decorative plate has the effects that when the exterior facing plate suffers from collisions, the absorption plate shares part of impact force, the remaining part of impact force is buffered through the buffer mechanism making contact with the impact force, the impact force borne by the bottom lining plate is reduced, the impact force is not easily transferred to a building connected with the bottom lining plate through the bottom lining plate, and the anti-impact effect is good.
