The main lifting device and micro lifting mechanism comprisesa lifting device, a multi-surface rail shoe, a torsion mechanism, a self-locking mechanism and a micro lifting mechanism; a lifting hook of the lifting device is connected with the multi-surface railshoe in a clamping and sleeving mode, and the multi-surface rail shoe is vertically and rotationally connected with a plurality of vertical surfaces on the inner sides of vertical channel steel upright posts along with the lifting hook; clamping rings of cranks in the torsion mechanism twist rising positioning rods to a limiting position, so that the lifting hook is guaranteed to be accurately butted with a lifting hole on a vehicle carrying plate; a first transmission device of the micro lifting mechanism pushes squeezing wheels to the two outer sides, the squeezing wheels rotate between twostatic arcs to push and squeeze hoisting steel wire ropes, and after the hoisting steel wire ropes are bent along rope grooves of the squeezing wheels between the two static arcs, the hoisting hook islifted from a flat position to a micro-lifting upper position; and a directional transmission device of the self-locking mechanism pulls movable bolts downwards to be inserted into two 180-degree symmetrical U-shaped grooves, so that the bidirectional self locking of a large-diameter rope storage barrel in the rotating direction is completed.
