The insulation folding ladder comprises a pair of upright posts and a plurality of pedals arranged between the two upright posts. A storage box is arranged at the tops of the upright posts, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged at the bottom of one upright post; the two ends of the pedals are connectedwith the upright posts through rotary folding mechanisms, and the distance between the adjacent pedals is not less than the length of the pedals; and the pedals rotate around the rotary folding mechanisms to enable the two upright posts to be folded. On one hand, the storage box is arranged on the upright posts, so that electric workers can conveniently place tools during operation, and the spaceis greatly utilized; and on the other hand, when insulation folding ladder is in use, the length difference between the two upright posts is adjusted through the telescopic mechanism to be matched with the height difference between the bottom supporting references of the two upright posts under the current working condition, so that the pedals are guaranteed to be in a horizontal state, the operation of operators is facilitated, the working efficiency is guaranteed, and potential safety hazards can be reduced.
