After the hole plugging device is fed into the inner end of the anchor hole, slurrycan be injected by using a slurry injection pipe, and then slurry is injected by using the slurry injection pipe, the slurry can closely connected with the inner wall of the anchor hole, and axial supporting force is provided for the anchor of the inner end of the hole plugging device.
