The invention discloses an edge-covered composite structure fluorescent ceramic for laser illumination, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the edge-covered composite structure fluorescent ceramic comprises a light-emitting central circular part which is yellow-light-emitting ceramic, and a non-light-emitting edge-covered annular part surrounding the periphery of the light-emitting central circular part. According to the invention, after blue laser emitted by blue light LD enters the light-emitting central circular part, part of light is not in contact with light-emitting ions and is transmitted to the non-light-emitting edge-covered annular part, and blue light is emitted from the non-light-emitting edge-covered annular part and is mixed with yellow light generated after excitationof the light-emitting central circular part, so that the phenomenon of peripheral yellow light ring is eliminated.
本发明公开用于激光照明的包边复合结构荧光陶瓷及其制备方法,包含有,发光中心圆部,其为发黄光陶瓷;以及,非发光包边环形部,其环绕于所述发光中心圆部的外围。本发明的有益效果在于:蓝光LD发出的蓝光激光进入发光中心圆部后有部分光未能与发光离子接触传至非发光包边环形部并且从非发光包边环形部出射出来蓝光,与发光中心圆部激发后产生的黄光混合,消除周边黄光圈现象。
