A preparation method of a titanium carbide film carbon fiber-ceramic friction material is characterized by comprising the following steps: performing carburizing treatment on graphitized carbon fibersand then performing titanium carbide deposition treatment to prepare titanium carbide film carbon fibers, chopping the titanium carbide film carbon fibers, mixing the chopped titanium carbide film carbon fibers with metal silicon powder, ceramic powder, carbon powder and a mixed solution to prepare slurry, quickly injecting the slurry into a filter pressing mold, maintaining the pressure, performing heating, curing, demolding, drying, machining, siliconizing, nitriding and firing to obtain a friction material blank, and carrying out finish machining to obtain the titanium carbide film carbonfiber-ceramic friction material. The prepared friction material has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, long service life and the like.
一种碳化钛膜碳纤维‑陶瓷摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将石墨化碳纤维进行渗碳处理后进行沉积碳化钛处理制成碳化钛膜碳纤维,再将其短切后与金属硅粉、陶瓷粉、碳粉和混合溶液混合制成浆料,将该浆料快速注入压滤模具中保压后加热固化,经脱模、干燥后机械加工,再进行渗硅、氮化烧制成摩擦材料毛坯,再经精加工制成碳化钛膜碳纤维‑陶瓷摩擦材料。本发明所制备的摩擦材料具有强度高、韧性高、耐磨性高、使用寿命长等特点。
