The embodiment of the invention provides an anchor bolt and a ballastless rail. The anchor bolt comprises an anchor bolt body and a sensor connected to the anchor bolt body, the anchor bolt body serves as a force bearing component and can reinforce interlayer connection of the ballastless rail, and the sensor connected with the anchor bolt body can be used for measuring related parameters. Therefore, the anchor bolt not only can be used as a force bearing component to reinforce interlayer connection, but also has a measurement function. According to the anchor bolt, unnecessary drill holes inthe ballastless rail can be reduced, and stress concentration caused by the drill holes in the ballastless rail is relieved to a certain extent.
