The invention discloses a liquid soil road construction method. The liquid soil road sequentially comprises an anti-seepage geomembrane, a plurality of layers of reinforcing meshes and a broken stonehardcore from top to bottom. A drainage pipe is arranged in the broken stone hardcore; the construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a base is cleaned up and compacted, and then a broken stone hardcore is laid; 2, a cement concrete panel is poured, the cement concrete panel is of an inwards-inclined step-shaped structure, the inwards-inclined angle is 2%-4%, and a drainage pipe channel is arranged; 3, multiple layers of reinforcing meshes are laid on the broken stone hardcore, liquid soil is poured on each layer of reinforcing mesh, and then the two ends of each layer of reinforcing mesh are fixed to the stepped cement concrete face plates; and step 4, paving an anti-seepage geomembrane on the topmost layer of the liquid soil. The application of the invention can solve theproblems of narrow construction area, difficulty in large-scale instrument construction and incapability of bearing heavy instrument construction operation, realizes simple and convenient construction, does not need rolling compaction, and prolongs the service life of the roadbed and the pavement.
本发明公开了液态土道路构造方法;液态土道路从上向下依次包括防渗水土工膜、多层钢筋网和碎石垫层;碎石垫层内设有排水管;施工步骤如下:步骤一、将基底清理干净并压实,然后铺设碎石垫层;步骤二、浇筑水泥混凝土面板,水泥混凝土面板为内倾台阶状结构,内倾角度为2%~4%,并设置排水管通道;步骤三、在碎石垫层上铺设多层钢筋网,并在每层钢筋网上浇筑液态土,然后将每层钢筋网的两端固定于阶梯状的水泥混凝土面板;步骤四、在液态土最顶层铺设防渗水土工膜。本发明的应用能够决施工面积狭小,大型器械施工困难以及不能承受重型器械施工作业的情况,实现施工简单方便、无需碾压,提高了路基路面的使用寿命。
