The invention provides a manufacturing method of a steel box arch unit part curved curve. The method comprises the following steps of dividing a pre-assembled arch rib into a plurality of box arch unit parts, wherein each box arch unit part comprises an outer web plate unit, a transverse partition plate unit, an inner web plate unit, a bottom plate unit and a top plate unit; carrying out steel plate blanking to obtain an outer web plate unit, wherein the arch crown and the arch bottom of the outer web plate unit have curve radians matched with the pre-assembled arch rib linear curve; carryingout steel plate blanking to obtain an inner web plate unit, wherein the arch crown and the arch bottom of the inner web plate unit have curve radians matched with the pre-assembled arch rib linear curve; blanking the steel plate to obtain a diaphragm plate unit; blanking the steel plate to obtain a rectangular bottom plate unit; blanking the steel plate to obtain a rectangular top plate unit; andthe multiple box arch unit parts are assembled and pre-spliced on the pre-splicing jig frame. By means of the method, the arch rib line type can be smoother and smoother, and the attractiveness of thearch bridge can be better reflected.
