The invention discloses a large-section cast-in-place box girder cross beam end anchor external grouting anchor sealing device and a construction method. The anchor sealing device comprises an anchorbacking plate and an anchor sealing template, the anchor backing plate comprises a circular truncated cone part provided with a plurality of preformed holes and a columnar part extending outwards fromthe box girder cross beam end, and each preformed hole of the anchor backing plate is provided with an elbow bolt; the anchor sealing formwork is installed at the anchor sealing position of the box girder, the elbow portion of the elbow bolt is connected with the anchor sealing steel bar, the anchor sealing steel bar and the plate face of the anchor sealing formwork are arranged in parallel, theanchor sealing steel bar, the elbow bolt and the circular truncated cone portion of the anchor bearing plate are sealed and fixed together through concrete, an exhaust hole is reserved above the beam,and a grouting hole is reserved below the beam. According to the method, the anchor sealing steel bars are fixed through the bolts, concrete is poured through the preformed holes, the quality problemof the concrete caused by improper beam anchor sealing methods is solved, the construction period can be shortened, the economic cost is reduced, and the anchoring quality is improved.
一种大截面现浇箱梁横梁端头锚外注浆封锚装置及施工方法，封锚装置包括锚垫板和封锚模板，锚垫板包括开设有若干个预留孔的圆台部以及从箱梁横梁端头向外延伸的柱型部，锚垫板的每个预留孔上均安装有一个弯头螺栓；封锚模板安装在箱梁的封锚处，弯头螺栓的弯头部与封锚钢筋连接，封锚钢筋与封锚模板的板面平行布置，通过混凝土将封锚钢筋、弯头螺栓以及锚垫板的圆台部封固在一起，横梁上方预留排气孔，横梁下方预留注浆孔。本发明采用螺栓固定封锚钢筋以及通过预留孔灌注混凝土的方法，解决了因横梁封锚方法不当造成混凝土的质量问题，并且能够缩短工期，降低经济成本，提高锚固质量。
