The invention provides a support and safety protection device for water conservancy project construction. The support and safety protection device for water conservancy project construction comprisesa body, buffering plates, insertion rods, a moving piece, a limiting rod and baffles. The body is of a rectangular structure. The outer sides of the top end of the body are provided with an enclosure.The buffering plates are installed on the periphery of the body through jacking springs. The top ends of the insertion rods are fixedly connected with the corners of the bottom of the body. Each insertion rod comprises an auxiliary piece and a floating block. Each insertion rod is of a cylindrical structure, and the bottom of each insertion rod is of a conical structure. The buffering plates areused for being installed outside the body, so that when the support and safety protection device conducts support and safety protection, impact force of external waves can be buffered by the bufferingplates, and therefore the support and safety protection device can avoid the phenomenon that the support and safety protective device shakes or topples after bearing impact for a long time; and the wavy shape of the outer sides of the buffering plates can make contact with water flow when the water flow impacts the support and safety protection device, so that the impact force of the waves can beinitially buffered.

本发明提供一种水利工程施工用支撑安全保护装置，包括:主体，缓冲板，插杆，移动件，限位杆和挡板；所述主体为矩形结构，且主体的顶端外侧设有围挡；所述缓冲板通过顶簧安装在主体的四周；所述插杆的顶端通过固定连接的方式与主体底部边角位置相连接；所述插杆包括有辅助件，浮块；所述插杆为圆柱形结构，且插杆的底部为锥形结构；缓冲板是用来安装在主体的外侧的，使得本装置在支撑进行安全保护的时候，可以通过缓冲板来缓冲外部水浪的冲击力，从而避免本装置长时间接受冲击之后出现晃动或倾倒的现象，而缓冲板外侧的波浪形，是为了使得水流冲击来的时候，可以与其接触，从而使水浪的冲击力可以被初步缓冲。
