The method comprises the steps of: (S100) enabling the temperature of a water flow in a fish way to rise through a fish waytravel hot water injection method; (S200) sensing the temperature rise range of the fish way, and controlling whether the fish way travel hot water injection is continued; (S300) enabling the temperature of a water flow in a river channel near a port of the fish way to rise through a river channel travel hot water flow heating method; and (S400) sensing the temperature rise range of the river channel, and controlling whether the river channel travel hot water flow heating is continued. According to the water flow temperature rise fish guidance method, the fish passing rate of the fish way is improved by using the sensitivity of fishes to the temperature.
