Pile pressing device and method
The invention discloses a pile pressing device and method, and relates to the technical field of structural engineering. The device does not have requirements on the position and the bearing capacityof a pile to be pressed, and is wide in application range, simple in process and low in cost. The pile pressing device comprises a bearing pile, an uplift pile, a variable-thrust jack and a counter-force beam, wherein the variable-thrust jack is arranged at the top of the bearing pile, the uplift pile is arranged on one side of the bearing pile, one end of the counter-force beam is arranged at theupper portion of the ejection end of the variable-thrust jack, the middle of the counter-force beam is flexibly connected with the top of the uplift pile, and the other end of the counter-force beamis provided with an enclasping device connected with the pile to be pressed, and meanwhile, the invention further provides the pile pressing method adopting the pile pressing device, which comprises the steps that the number of bearing piles and the number of uplift piles are calculated, then the bearing piles and the uplift piles are driven into a soil layer at the bottom of a foundation pit, then the variable-thrust jack is started, and thrust of the variable-thrust jack is gradually increased till the variable-thrust jack reaches a set value. The pile pressing device can be used for pressing the pile to be pressed into a set bearing layer.
本发明公开了一种压桩装置及方法,涉及结构工程技术领域。对待压入桩的位置及承载力均无要求,适用范围广,工序简单,成本较低。本发明的压桩装置,包括抗压桩、抗拔桩、变推力千斤顶和反力梁;抗压桩的顶部设置变推力千斤顶,抗拔桩设置在抗压桩的一侧,反力梁一端设置于变推力千斤顶的顶出端上方,反力梁的中部柔性连接抗拔桩的顶部,反力梁的另一端设有与待压入桩连接的抱紧装置;同时本发明还提供了一种采用上述压桩装置的压桩方法,包括计算抗压桩与抗拔桩的数量,然后将抗压桩与抗拔桩均打入基坑底部土层中,再启动变推力千斤顶,并逐步加大变推力千斤顶的推力,直至变推力千斤顶达到设定的值。本发明可用于将待压入桩压入设定的持力层内。
