The invention discloses a space lattice structured stud connection node and a construction method thereof. A stud bolt adopted by the connection node comprises a first screw rod, a shaft shoulder anda second screw rod connected in sequence and coaxially arranged; the first screw rod is shorter than the second screw rod; the shaft shoulder is a polygonal prism; the first screw rod and the second screw rod are the same in pitch and rotating direction; the full length of the first screw rod is in threaded connection into a bolt ball; the second screw rod is in threaded connection into a thread hole of a sealing plate; and a support member respectively supported on the sealing plate and the shaft shoulder by two ends is arranged between the sealing plate and the shaft shoulder. The construction method is applied to the connection node. The construction is more convenient; a sleeve and a pin have no need to be arranged on the stud, so that the complex step of adjusting the sleeve and the pin is saved, and the phenomenon of false screwing cannot occur; the relative distance of a rod member and the bolt ball is precise; and meanwhile, a pin groove has no need to be arranged on the stud,so that the structural strength is higher.
本发明公开了一种空间网格结构双头螺栓连接节点及其施工方法,本发连接节点采用的双头螺栓包括依次连接且同轴设置的第一螺杆、轴肩和第二螺杆,第一螺杆比第二螺杆短,轴肩为多边形棱柱,第一螺杆与第二螺杆的螺距和旋向均相同,第一螺杆全长螺纹连接在螺栓球中,第二螺杆螺纹连接在封板的螺纹孔中,封板与轴肩之间设置有两端分别支撑在封板和轴肩上的支撑件。本发明施工方法用于连接前述连接节点。本发明施工十分方便,并且双头螺栓上不需要设置套筒和销钉,减去了繁琐的调节套筒和销钉的步骤,也不会出现“假拧”现象,且杆件与螺栓球二者相对距离精确,同时双头螺栓上也不需要设置销钉槽,结构强度比较高。
