The invention provides a transverse reinforcing and locating joint of a modular building and a construction method. The transverse reinforcing and locating joint comprises a joint frame body part, a joint rotating part and a joint fixing part. The joint rotating part is fixed into the joint frame body part through the joint fixing part, and the joint rotating part and the joint frame body part arerotatably connected. The joint frame body part comprises two cuboid frames arranged symmetrically, and rotating spaces matched with the joint rotating part in shape are arranged in the cuboid frames.The joint rotating part comprises a rotating shaft, clamping blocks symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft and a connecting rod arranged at the midpoint of the rotating shaft. Thejoint fixing part comprises a fixing pin and a fixing bolt. The transverse reinforcing and locating joint has the beneficial effects that mounting and demounting are rapid and convenient, four transverse/longitudinal unit modules can be connected, and the requirement for high precision is met; and in on-site application to the modular building, connecting units are hidden in the modular building and not exposed, so that the building is attractive and convenient.
本发明提供一种模块化建筑横向加固定位节点及施工方法,包括节点框体部、节点转动部以及节点固定部,所述节点转动部通过所述节点固定部固定于所述节点框体部内部,所述节点转动部与所述节点框体部转动连接。所述节点框体部包括对称设置的两个长方体框架,所述长方体框架内设置有与所述节点转动部形状相匹配的转动空间。所述节点转动部包括一转动轴、对称设置于所述转动轴两侧的卡块和设置于所述转动轴中点处的连接杆,所述节点固定部包括一固定销和一固定螺栓。本发明的有益效果是安装拆卸快速便捷,可实现横/纵向四个单元模块的连接,保证了高精度要求;在模块化建筑现场应用中,连接单元隐藏于模块化建筑之中,不外露,美观便捷。
