The beam column structure is of a mortise and tenon joint structure and comprisesa mortise and tenon joint column arranged on a first beam column and a mortise and tenon joint groove formed in a second beam column, wherein the mortise and tenon joint column is located at a non-axis position, the mortise and tenon joint groove and the mortise and tenon joint column are correspondingly arranged, and the mortise and tenon joint groove is arranged in a rotationally and extending mode with the central axis of the second beam column as the center; and one side of the mortise and tenon groove linearly extends towards the side wall of a column body of the second beam column to form a linear inlet groove, and the mortise and tenon column on the first beam column is linearly inserted into the mortise and tenon groove from one side of the column body of the second beam column along the linear inlet groove and rotates into the groove inner end along the mortise and tenon joint groove to achieve mortise and tenon connection. According to the spliced assembly type beam column structure, through cooperating arrangement of the linear inlet groove and the arc-shaped mortise and tenon groove, the first beam column and the second beam column are mutually locked in different radial directions of the column bodies, the column face of the mortise and tenon column makes surface contact with the groove wall face of the mortise and tenon groove, the cooperating degree between the two beam columns is improved, and the mortise and tenon column also plays a role of a reinforcing rib in the second beam column, so that stability of mortise and tenon joints of the two beam columns isensured.
