The combined structure is arranged between an upper wall pier and a lower wall pier and comprises a staged yield damper and an anti-collapse steel pier; the staged yield damper comprises an outer connecting plate and an inner assembly; the outer connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the inner assembly; the inner assembly comprises an outer U-type steel plate, an inner U-type steel plate and a shearing steel plate; the shearing steel plate spans between two arm ends of the inner U-shaped steel plate; the outer U-shaped steel plate is arranged on the periphery of the inner U-shaped steel plate at an interval; and openings of the innerU-shaped steel plate and the outer U-shaped steel plate face the same direction; the anti-collapse steel pier comprises two outer steel plates which are parallel to each other and arranged at an interval and two web plates which are parallel to each other and arranged at an interval; and the upper end of the anti-collapse steel pier and the upper wall pier are arranged at an interval. The combinedstructure can sequentially yield energy consumption according to the degree of earthquake from weak to strong, is easy to disassemble and replace, forms a safe space near the wall pier, and avoids continuous collapse of the wall pier and a frame beam.
