The invention discloses a sleeve type stone curtain wall structure without a vertical keel. The sleeve type stone curtain wall structure without the vertical keel comprises a main structure wall body,a stone panel, a pre-embedded sleeve, a tensile steel bar, a connector, a transverse keel, an upper hanging piece and a lower hanging piece. One end of the pre-embedded sleeve is tapped on the innerside wall, and the pre-embedded sleeve is installed in the main structure wall body. The tapped end of the pre-embedded sleeve is aligned to the outer wall surface of the main structure wall body, theconnector is fixedly connected with the pre-embedded sleeve through a machine bolt, and the transverse keel is fixedly connected with the connector through a fixing bolt; an upper flat groove is formed in the upper end surface of the stone panel, and a lower flat groove is formed in the lower end surface of the stone panel; one end of the upper hanging piece is clamped into the lower flat groove,and other end of the upper hanging piece is connected with the upper end of the transverse keel in a clamped mode; and one end of the lower hanging piece is clamped into the upper flat groove, and the other end of the lower hanging piece is connected with the lower end of the transverse keel in a clamped mode. The vertical keel is replaced with the pre-embedded sleeve, the problem that the vertical keel cannot be pre-embedded in the traditional process is solved, the installation accuracy is improved, and the engineering cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种无竖向龙骨的套筒式石材幕墙构造，包括主结构墙体、石材面板、预埋套筒、抗拉钢筋、转接件、横向龙骨、上挂件及下挂件，预埋套筒一端于内侧壁攻螺纹，预埋套筒安装于主结构墙体内，预埋套筒攻螺纹的一端与主结构墙体的外墙面齐平，所述转接件通过机制螺栓与预埋套筒固定连接，所述横向龙骨通过固定螺栓与转接件固定连接，所述石材面板的上端面开设有上平槽，下端面开设有下平槽，所述上挂件的一端卡装于下平槽内，另一端与横向龙骨的上端卡接，所述下挂件的一端卡装于上平槽内，另一端与横向龙骨的下端卡接。本发明采用预埋套筒代替了竖向龙骨，解决了传统工艺中无法预埋竖向龙骨的问题，提高了安装精度，节约了工程造价。
