When the building coating painting device works, building coatings in a stirring chamber can be stirred through the stirring assembly, starting of a translation assembly can be controlled through the controlling assembly, a coating spraying head can be driven to move up and down through a rising assembly, the coating spraying head can be driven to move left and right through the translation assembly, a stopping block can be driven tobe opened and closed through a switching assembly, workloads of labor force are reduced, and the painting efficiency is improved.
