Deep hole reinforcement device of reinforced concrete structure
The invention provides a deep hole reinforcement device of a reinforced concrete structure. The deep hole reinforcement device comprises an operating rod, a dust collecting device and an injecting device, wherein the dust collecting device and the injecting device are arranged together, the operating rod is operated by using a handle first during operation, so that the operating rod is arranged ina reinforced hole, and then impurities in the reinforced hole are removed by using the dust collecting device; after fragments or powder in the reinforced hole is adsorbed by the dust collecting device, the injecting device is started, after glue is injected into the reinforced hole by the injecting device, the operating rod is pulled out of the reinforced hole, and a steel bar is inserted into the reinforced hole, so that the steel bar can be glued into the reinforced hole. Thus, the reinforcement operation is completed, and the dust collecting device and the injecting device are arranged inthe operating rod, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved during reinforcement, and the condition of construction lag caused by multiple replacement of equipment corresponding to processes is reduced.
本发明提供了一种钢筋混凝土结构的深孔植筋装置，包括：操作杆、吸尘装置和注胶装置，通过将吸尘装置和注胶装置设置在一起，当工作时，首先利用把手操作所述操作杆，使得所述操作杆置于钢筋孔内，接着利用吸尘装置对钢筋孔进行杂质清除；当所述吸尘装置将钢筋孔内的碎块或粉末吸附干净后，再接着启动所述注胶装置，通过注胶装置对钢筋孔进行注胶后，再将所述操作杆拔出所述钢筋孔，并在钢筋孔内插入钢筋，使得钢筋能够胶粘在钢筋孔内；由此即完成了赶紧的种植工作，通过将吸尘装置和注胶装置设在所述操作杆内，大大提高了钢筋种植过程中的施工效率，减少因多次更换对应工序的设备造成施工滞后的情况。
