The invention discloses a waterproofing and repairing method of a terrace. The waterproofing and repairing method of the terrace comprises the following steps that (1) the terrace is excavated, original floor tiles are chiseled away, a slurry layer is retained, and holes are repaired with plain cement slurry; (2) self-leveling cement slurry is sued for leveling the ground to form a terrace leveling layer; (3) a layer of polymer waterproof coating is laid on the terrace leveling layer, the polymer waterproof coating is formed by preparing latex and the cement slurry, and the thickness is 800-1200[mu]m; (4) a layer of polyester fiber cloth ism laid on the polymer waterproof coating; and (5) a second layer of polymer waterproof coating is laid on the polyester fiber cloth, the thickness is 100-300 [mu]m, and a polyurea waterproof coating is laid on the second layer of polymer waterproofing coating. According to waterproofing and repairing method of the terrace, the structural layer of theterrace is not damaged, an excellent waterproofing and plugging effect is achieved, and simple construction and low cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种对露台进行防水修缮的方法，其包括如下步骤：(1)对露台进行开挖，凿除原地砖，保留泥浆层，用素水泥浆修补孔洞；(2)使用自流平水泥浆对地面进行找平形成露台找平层；(3)在露台找平层上铺设一层聚合物防水涂层，所述聚合物防水涂层由胶乳和水泥浆料配制而成，厚度为800～1200μm；(4)在聚合物防水涂层铺设一层聚酯纤维布；(5)在聚酯纤维布上面再铺设第二层聚合物防水涂层，厚度为100～300μm；在第二次聚合物防水涂层上再铺设聚脲防水涂层。本发明所述对露台进行防水修缮的方法既不破坏露台本身结构层，又能起到优异的防水堵漏效果，且施工简便，成本低廉。
