The invention discloses a vehicle lifting mechanism in a plane moving stereoscopic parking garage. The vehicle lifting mechanism comprises a lifting support, a base plate located on the bottom side ofthe lifting support and a rail on the outer side of the plane moving stereoscopic parking garage. A bearing plate is installed on one side of the base plate. The side, in contact with the base plate,of the bearing plate is provided with a first rotating shaft. The bearing plate is movably connected with the lifting support through the first rotating shaft. A baffle is connected to the outer sideof the bearing plate. Tire rails are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the bearing plate. A driver drives a vehicle to run from the arc baffle to the bearing plate, the tires of the vehicle are located on the tire rails, a drive motor drives the first rotating shaft to enable the bearing plate to rotate to be vertically placed, then an outlet of the lifting support can be closed, andthe phenomenon that the vehicle bears static friction force and moves out is avoided; the baffle is clamped into the side wall of the upper part of the lifting support through operation of a second rotating shaft; and therefore the plane moving stereoscopic parking garage is safer and more reliable.
