Parking robot for transportation vehicle and method for operating parking robot
The present invention relates to a parking robot for a transportation vehicle and a method for operating the parking robot, especially to a parking robot (20) of a transportation vehicle (20) with atleast two wheel axles (12) and a method for operating the parking robot (20) for operating the same. The parking robot includes a main robot part (22) and a secondary robot part (24) which each have apair of wheel support arms (36) on two opposite sides. The two-part parking robot then moves under the transportation vehicle with respective folded-in wheel support arms (36) and disconnects the secondary robot part (24) from the main robot part (22) to position the main robot part (22) and the secondary robot part (24) each in a region of one of the wheel axles (12) beneath the transportation vehicle and to lift up respective wheels (14) of the respective wheel axle of the transportation vehicle by folding out the respective pairs of wheel support arms.
