The invention discloses a campus safety and environmental protection fence. The fence comprises an upper rail and a lower rail; the upper rail includes first sleeves and first slide rods; a set of first slide rods is slidably connected between each two transverse sets of first sleeves; a first connecting rod is welded between each two longitudinal sets of first sleeves; stand columns are welded atthe bottoms of the first connecting rods; the bottoms of the stand columns are fixedly welded with lower cross bars; the lower cross bars include second sleeves and second slide rods; the second slide rods are slidably connected between each two transverse sets of second sleeves; the second connecting rods are welded between each two longitudinal sets of second sleeves; the stand columns are welded with the upper surfaces of second connecting rods; reinforcement rods are welded between two sets of first sleeves and second sleeves; and two sets of trundles are fixedly mounted at the bottoms ofeach set of second connecting rods. The fence can extend, saves the floor area, is convenient to move, and saves both manpower and time.
