The invention provides a cutter wear monitoring device for pavement crushing. The cutter wear monitoring device is characterized by comprising a plurality of non-contact detection sensors; the non-contact detection sensor is arranged on the peripheral side of the cutter for sensing the tip end of the cutter, and a certain distance is kept; and according to the distance between the non-contact detection sensor and the cutter, only when the tip end of the cutter is close to the non-contact detection sensor, a pulse is triggered. A set of non-contact detection sensor is arranged on a roller housing, and subsequent processing is carried out on signals of the sensor, so that real-time detection of cutter wear is realized.
本发明提供了一种路面破碎用刀具磨损监控装置,其特征在于:包括非接触检测传感器;所述非接触检测传感器为刀具数量个,安装于刀具周侧并保持一定距离,用于感应刀具的尖端;所述非接触检测传感器与刀具之间的距离为:仅当刀具的尖端靠近所述非接触检测传感器时,才会触发一个脉冲。通过在滚子罩壳上装设一套非接触检测传感器,并通过将传感器的信号进行后续处理,实现对刀具磨损的实时检测。
