The invention provides a preparation method of a pre-stress concrete hollow-core slab. The preparation method includes the first step that grinding and polishing hardening treatment is performed on the bed surface of a ballast bed; the second step that steel strands are pulled and laid on the ballast bed; the third step that cement mortar is sprayed on the bed surface of the ballast bed; and the fourth step that concrete extruding forming is performed on the cement mortar. The preparation method of the pre-stress concrete hollow-core slab improves the strength and the anti-seeping property andthe compactness of bottom layer concrete of the pre-stress concrete hollow-core slab, and improves the appearance quality.
本发明提出了一种预应力混凝土空心板的制备方法。该制备方法包括第一步，对道床床面进行打磨抛光硬化处理；第二步，在所述道床上牵引铺设钢绞线；第三步，在所述道床床面喷洒水泥砂浆；第四步，在所述水泥砂浆上进行混凝土挤压成型。本发明提供的一种预应力混凝土空心板的制备方法，提高了预应力混凝土空心板底层混凝土的强度和抗渗性及密实性，提升外观质量。
