The invention relates to a preparation method of a wheat straw fiber reinforced cement board and the wheat straw fiber reinforced cement board, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) cuttingdry wheat straws into short materials, firstly soaking and softening with water, and then soaking with a sodium hydroxide solution to obtain a prepared material, 2) carrying out steam explosion on the prepared material, and washing with water to obtain a fiber material, 3) modifying the fiber material with gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to obtain modified wheat straw fibers, 4) pulping and defibering the modified wheat straw fibers to obtain fiber pulp, and 5) adding silica fume and metakaolin into the fiber pulp, continuously dispersing, then adding water and a dry material prepared from cement, fly ash and quartz sand to prepare mixed slurry, then molding to prepare a wet blank, and carrying out pre-curing, autoclaved curing and drying to obtain the product. The obtained wheat straw fiber reinforced cement board is good in appearance quality, low in water absorption rate and wet expansion rate, good in water resistance and moisture resistance, high in mechanical property, resistant to freeze thawing and hot water, good in dry-wet cycle performance, stable in property and capable of replacing a wood pulp fiber reinforced cement board to be applied.
本发明涉及一种麦秸纤维增强水泥板的制备方法及麦秸纤维增强水泥板,该方法包括:1)将干燥麦秸切断成短料,先用水浸泡软化再用氢氧化钠溶液浸泡得预备料;2)将预备料进行蒸汽爆破后水洗得纤维料;3)用γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对纤维料进行改性得改性麦秸纤维;4)将改性麦秸纤维进行打浆疏解得纤维浆;5)在纤维浆中加入硅灰、偏高岭土持续分散后,再加入由水泥、粉煤灰、石英砂制成的干料和水制成混合浆料,然后成型制成湿坯,经预养护、蒸压养护、烘干即得。所得的麦秸纤维增强水泥板外观质量好,吸水率和湿涨率低,具有较好的耐水耐湿性,力学性能高,抗冻融、热水、干湿循环性能好,性质稳定,能替代木浆纤维增强水泥板的应用。
