The formula of the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises the following components: 29-39 parts of a polyether macromonomer, 3-4 parts of acrylic acid, 1.4-2.5 parts of a water treatment agent, 0.2-0.4 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.08-0.2 part of hydrogen peroxide, 0.03-0.15 part of a reducing agent, 15-20 parts of deionized water and 30-50 partsof acidic water generated in the production process of isooctyl acrylate. The synthesis process comprises the following process steps: pretreatment of the industrial acidic water, preparation of a bottom material, heating of the bottom material, dissolving, stirring, dropwise addition of a dropwise addition material, a heat preservation reaction, water supplementation and dilution, and storage. The polycarboxylic acid mother liquor provided by the invention has the following advantages: the acidic water generated in the production process of the isooctyl acrylate is treated, and a novel polycarboxylate mother liquor is obtained through preparation and a reaction, so the acidic water produced in the production process of the isooctyl acrylate is completely utilized, and the problem of difficult treatment of the acidic water is solved; meanwhile, the prepared polycarboxylate mother liquor has the characteristics of good water reducing property and excellent plasticity maintaining property.
本发明涉及水泥添加剂技术领域，具体公开了一种利用工业酸性水合成的聚羧酸母液及其合成工艺，所述聚羧酸母液的配方为：聚醚大单体29‑39份，丙烯酸3‑4份，水处理剂1.4‑2.5份，过硫酸铵0.2‑0.4份，双氧水0.08‑0.2份，还原剂0.03‑0.15份，去离子水15‑20份，丙烯酸异辛酯生产过程中产生的酸性水30‑50份；工艺步骤：工业酸性水预处理、配制底料、底料加温、溶解、搅拌、滴加料滴加、保温反应、补水稀释、储存。本发明的聚羧酸母液采用丙烯酸异辛酯生产过程中产生的酸性水经过处理后，再进行配制、反应后得到新型的聚羧酸母液，将丙烯酸异辛酯生产过程中产生的酸性水充分的利用，解决了酸性水难处理的问题，而且所制得的聚羧酸母液具有减水性好、保塑性能优异的特点。
