The cement reinforcing agent comprises, by weight, 0.5-2 parts of rare-earth-based quantum dot composite nanocellulose, 10-20 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyurethane-ester, 3-8 parts of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol bis(3,4- epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate)/2, 6-diaminopurine nucleoside polycondensate, 1-3 parts of silicon carbide nanometer fibers, 5-10 parts of sulfuric acid residue, 1-3 parts of an emulsifier, 0.5-1.5 parts of nitrogen position-trimethoxysilyl propyl-nitrogen, nitrogen, nitrogen position-trimethyl ammonium chloride and 35-45 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement reinforcing agent. The cement reinforcing agent disclosed by the invention can significantly accelerate the hydration reaction rate of cement, improve the strength of cement, improve the weather resistance of cement, greatly save energy and reduce consumption, and hasgood adaptability to cement admixtures and concrete admixtures.
