Method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free brick based on cementing material
The invention discloses a method for preparing an environment-friendly baking-free brick based on a cementing material. The environment-friendly baking-free brick is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 85-90% of basic raw materials and 10-15% of the cementing material, wherein the basic raw materials are composed of conglomerate, ceramic waste, magnetite tailings, quartz sand and boric sludge. The basic raw material composition of the baking-free brick and the raw material composition of the cementing material are limited, so the prepared baking-free brick is high in strength and practical performance and can be widely applied to curbstone, roadside stone, square bricks, lawn bricks, auxiliary floor tiles, various types of row hole bricks and the like. The basic raw materials use the conglomerate and the ceramic waste as main components and the magnetite tailings and the quartz sand as auxiliary components; the conglomerate and the quartz sand are high in strength; the content of silicon dioxide in the ceramic waste is high, and the strength of the prepared baking-free brick can be guaranteed by matching the basic raw materials with other components.
