The thermal degreasing feed for zirconium oxide injection molding is composed of 75-90 wt% of zirconium oxide powder and 10-25 wt% of a binder. The binder is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-8% of a surfactant, 55-80% of a skeleton resin, 9-34% of a lubricating aid and 3-8% of a plasticizer. According to the thermal degreasing feed for zirconium oxide injection molding, the binder is reasonably matched, can be fully mixed with powder, and can be quickly removed in the degreasing process. The preparation method is reasonable in operation, convenient to repeat and suitable for large-scale batch production.
