The paving construction method is advantaged in that by means of the cobblestone flattening device, problems that in existing cobblestone flattening treatment, when the cobblestones are flattened manually, a wood plate cannot be positioned, the height of the cobblestones deviates, flatness of a cobblestone road surface is low, and operation of manually holding the wood plate for flattening is inconvenient can be solved.
