The invention relates to a paving construction method for greening landscape pavement engineering. The paving construction method is advantaged in that by means of the cobblestone flattening device, problems that in existing cobblestone flattening treatment, when the cobblestones are flattened manually, a wood plate cannot be positioned, the height of the cobblestones deviates, flatness of a cobblestone road surface is low, and operation of manually holding the wood plate for flattening is inconvenient can be solved.
