The spiral sweeper comprises a left side plate and a right side plate which are arranged in parallel, an upper supporting pipe arranged on the upper portion of the left side between the left side plate and the right side plate, and a lower supporting pipe arranged on the lower portion of the right side between the left side plate and the right side plate, screw shafts which are coaxially arranged are fixed between the left side plate and a middle supporting plate and between the right side plate and the middle supporting plate through bearings respectively, a left spiral blade and a right spiral blade are correspondingly installed on the spiral shafts respectively, spiral brushes are arranged on the left spiral blade and the right spiral blade respectively, and driving wheels on output shafts of the hydraulic motors and driven wheels at the shaft ends of the outer sides of the spiral shafts are in transmission connection through transmission belts or transmission chains. The spiral sweeper of the milling machine is directly and additionally arranged on a rear tail plate of a milling chamber of the milling machine, is fully sealed and is provided with a water mist spraying mechanism and a double-spiral sweeping mechanism, so dust falling and sweeping operation can be completed at the same time in the milling operation process.
