Suspension bridge main cable heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a construction method of a suspension bridge main cable heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure. The construction method comprises steps that (1) a surface ofa suspension bridge main cable is pretreated; (2) a fiber composite material wrapping tape is laminated and wound on a surface of the main cable, the fiber composite material wrapping tape is wound roll by roll till the fiber composite material wrapping tape covers the surface of the main cable to obtain a fiber composite material wrapping layer, and splicing is completed in a laminating and bonding manner when the fiber composite material wrapping tape needs to be spliced in the winding process; and (3) the surface of the fiber composite material wrapping layer is coated with a waterproof sealing weather-proof layer, and construction of the heat insulation and fire resistance protection structure is completed. Compared with the prior art, the construction method is advantaged in that thefiber composite material is used for carrying out heat insulation and fire resistance protection of the suspension bridge main cable, so the fiber composite material wrapping tape ensures good heat insulation performance, reduces material consumption, reduces cost, is convenient to construct, is tightly combined with an original structure, and is excellent in waterproof and anti-corrosion performance.
本发明涉及一种悬索桥主缆隔热抗火防护结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)对悬索桥主缆表面进行预处理;(2)将纤维复合材料缠包带叠压缠绕于主缆表面,逐卷缠绕直至覆盖至目标高度,得到纤维复合材料缠包层,缠绕过程中,纤维复合材料缠包带需要续接时,采用叠压粘接的方式完成续接;(3)在纤维复合材料缠包层表面涂覆防水密封耐候层,完成隔热抗火防护结构的施工。与现有技术相比,本发明利用纤维复合材料对悬索桥主缆进行隔热抗火防护,使纤维复合材料缠包带在保证良好隔热性能的同时,减少材料用量,降低成本,且便于施工,与原有结构紧密结合,防水、防腐性能优异。
