Anti-overturning flexible reinforcing structure for single-column pier
The invention discloses an anti-overturning flexible reinforcing structure for a single-column pier. The structure comprises a pier, a box girder, an upper anchoring block, a lower anchoring block, prestressed tendon cables and an end anchorage device, wherein the lower anchoring block and the upper anchoring block are anchored to a side surface of a pier and flanges on two sides of the box girderthrough embedded steel bars or anchor bolts correspondingly, prestressed tendon cables penetrate through a pore passage from the upper anchoring block on one side of the box girder, and the prestressed tendon cables penetrate into the lower anchoring block and penetrate out, or penetrate out of the upper anchoring block on the other side of the box girder in the U-shaped turning direction and areanchored, or the prestressed tendon cables on the two sides are anchored to the lower anchoring block, the box girder, the prestressed tendon cables on the two sides and the bridge pier in an X-shaped crossed mode to form an internal self-balancing stress system. The structure is advantaged in that the prestressed tendon cables are effectively utilized, the advantage of high tensile strength of the prestressed tendon cables is brought into full play, anti-overturning flexible reinforcement of the single-column pier bridge is achieved, and a reinforcing component is flexible, small in size, small in influence on an existing structure, small in steel consumption, low in cost, attractive in appearance and high in construction operability.
一种独柱墩抗倾覆柔性加固结构,包括桥墩、箱梁、上部锚固块、下部锚固块、预应力筋索、端部锚具,下部锚固块和上部锚固块分别通过植筋或锚栓锚固设置于桥墩的侧面和箱梁的两侧翼缘,预应力筋索由箱梁的一侧的上部锚固块穿过孔道后,穿入下部锚固块并穿出,或呈U形调转方向由箱梁的另一侧的上部锚固块穿出并锚固,或两侧的预应力筋索呈X形交叉锚固于下部锚固块,箱梁、两侧的预应力筋索及桥墩形成内部自平衡受力体系。本发明有效利用预应力筋索,充分发挥预应力筋索抗拉强度高的优势,实现对独柱墩桥梁的抗倾覆柔性加固,加固构件呈柔性、尺寸小,对现有结构影响少,钢材用量少,成本小,外观美观,施工可操作性强。
