The invention discloses a guardrail device with an alarm function. The guardrail device comprises a plurality of isolation upright posts and isolation guardrails connected between every two adjacent isolation upright posts, the isolation upright posts and the isolation guardrails are connected in an up-down relative movement mode through sliding bases, the guardrail device further comprises a plurality of light projectors, a plurality of position sensors, an alarm and an alarm controller which are electrically connected, the plurality of light projectors and the plurality of position sensors are arranged at the corresponding positions of the bottoms of the isolation guardrails, the light projectors and the position sensors are used for projecting light to the ground to display and detect the collision area respectively, and the alarm and the alarm controller used for controlling the alarm to be turned on or turned off according to collision signals fed back by the position sensors areinstalled on the top faces of the isolation upright posts.
