The device is advantaged in that when the air pressure in the water tank is low, when the external air pressure is large, a sealing block is subjected to downward pressure, the sealing block compresses a thin spring and moves into the constant-pressure cylinder, so an air inlet hole in the constant-pressure cylinder is communicated with the fixing pipe, air pressure difference between the interior and the exteriorof a water tank body is balanced, the situation that the water tank is extruded and deformed due to the pressure difference is prevented, and a problem that the electric sanitation vehicle is inconvenient to balance the air pressure of the water tank and the exterior is solved.
