The invention discloses a bentonite slurry mixing proportion adjusting method in underground continuous wall construction. The method comprises the following steps that (1) before underground continuous wall construction, bentonite, cellulose, caustic soda and water are used for preparing slurry in the ratio of water: bentonite: cellulose: caustic soda =1:0.0314:0.0001:0.001; (2) an underground continuous wall grooving machine is used for excavation, soil bodies are sampled per meter, the sampled soil bodies are compared with a drawing stratigraphic section, and field sampling and recording are kept; and (3) in the construction process, slurry management personnel of a slurry pool pay attention to the change of the slurry performance at any time, and the slurry mixing proportion is adjusted in time according to the excavation depth and its comparison with the stratum slurry circulation condition. The slurry obtained through the method can be repeatedly used, whether the mixing proportion is reasonable or not can be found in the first time, when the mixing proportion is unreasonable, adjustment can be made in the first time, and the slurry is saved.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙施工中膨润土泥浆配合比调配方法,包括以下步骤:(1)地下连续墙施工前,使用膨润土、纤维素、活碱、水配制成泥浆,所述泥浆材料配合比为:水:膨润土:纤维素:活碱=1:0.0314:0.0001:0.001;(2)地下连续墙成槽机开挖,先对土体每米进行取样,取样的土体与图纸地层剖面图进行对比,留存现场取样,记录;(3)施工过程中,泥浆池的泥浆管理人员时刻关注泥浆性能变化,根据开挖深度对比相应的地层泥浆循环情况及时调整泥浆配合比。本申请方法的泥浆可以重复使用,且可以在第一时间发现配比是否合理,当配比不合理时可以第一时间做出调整,节省泥浆。
