The drain hole comprises a first pipe, a reducer pipe, a second pipe, water filtering holes, an elastic water-permeable expansion reducing cylinder and water filtering gauze, wherein the diameter of the first pipe is larger than the diameter of the second pipe, the first pipe andthe second pipe are connected through the reducer pipe, the water filtering holes are formed in the first pipe, the reducer pipe and the second pipe of the pipe section, inserted into concrete, of the drain hole, the reducer pipe and the second pipe are sleeved with the elastic water-permeable expansion reducing cylinder, and the pipe section, inserted into the concrete, of the drain hole and theelastic water-permeable expansion reducing cylinder are wrapped with the water filtering gauze. The drain hole can achieve good drainage and pressure relief effects simultaneously, and soil frost heaving damage to the side wall of a foundation pit is relieved.
