The invention discloses a well lid installing base which comprises a base body and a well lid covering the base body, wherein water conveying units are fixedly connected in the base body and are positioned at two sides of the well lid; each water conveying unit comprises a pipeline structure and a detection structure; the pipeline structure comprises two pairs of installing grooves; the two pairsof installing grooves penetrate through the base; a water conveying pipe in the vertical direction and a guide pipe in the horizontal direction are fixedly connected in each of the two pairs of installing grooves; and each water conveying pipe and the corresponding guide pipe communicate with each other. The water conveying units are added, so that when the water flow of a water conveying pipelineis great and begins to overflow, the auxiliary water conveying process can be performed through the water conveying units at two sides, and the potential safety hazards caused by flushing opening ofthe well lid by the water flow are prevented. A filtering unit at inside is added, so that suspended matters such as garbage can be filtered; the blockage of the water conveying pipeline caused by garbage accumulation and flowing into the water conveying pipeline is prevented; and in addition, a cleaning structure is added on the filtering unit, so that the garbage can be conveniently cleaned, andthe time and the labor are saved.
