The invention discloses an anti-blocking hand washing sink which comprises a pool. The lower end of the pool is connected with a hose. The end, away from the pool, of the hose is connected with a sundry trough. One side of the sundry trough is connected with a connecting pipe. A flowing opening is formed in the lower end of the pool. A piston is rotationally mounted in the flowing opening. A coveris connected to the upper end of the sundry trough in a clamped manner. The lower end of the hose is arranged on the cover in an inserted manner. An isolation net is mounted on the side, close to theconnecting pipe, in the sundry trough. A water outlet is formed on one side of the sundry trough. An inserting pipe is fixedly connected to the water outlet. The sundry trough used for storing sundries is mounted between the hose and the connecting pipe, sundries discarded in the pool can be effectively left in the sundry trough and are filtered away by the isolation net, dirty water can smoothlypass through a filter screen and finally flows out through the connecting pipe, and therefore the problem that blocking and water accumulation happen in the pipeline is effectively avoided.
