The invention relates to a closestool cleaning device. The device comprises a pressure tank and a self-priming pump, a water outlet of the self-priming pump is communicated with an inner cavity of thepressure tank through a connecting pipeline; a high-pressure water output port is formed in the pressure tank; a high-pressure air output port is formed in the top of the pressure tank, the high-pressure water output port and the high-pressure air output port are connected to two input pipes of a three-way pipe respectively, an output pipe of the three-way pipe is used for being connected with aclosestool, the closestool cleaning device further comprises a pressure switch used for starting and stopping the self-priming pump, and an input port of the pressure switch is communicated with an inner cavity of the pressure tank. According to the closestool cleaning device, efficient flushing of the closestool is achieved, operation is convenient, and the water saving effect is good. In addition, the invention further relates to a water-saving self-control type high-pressure water vapor pollution discharge method adopting the closestool cleaning device.
