The invention discloses an inspection shaft structure of a sewer. The structure comprises a fixing frame fixedly installed on a sewer outlet. The fixing frame is provided with an annular groove, a floating ring is buckled into the annular groove, and a magnetic levitation structure is arranged between the floating ring and the bottom face of the annular groove, so that the floating ring floats upwards through the magnetic levitation structure. The fixing frame is provided with an inspection shaft cover, and the inspection shaft cover presses the floating ring downwards, so that the floating ring is buckled in the annular groove, and the lower end face of the inspection shaft cover is in contact with the upper end face of the fixing frame. The inspection shaft structure has an excellent positioning effect and can prevent the inspection shaft cover from shifting and block the sewer, so as to prevent gas in the sewer from escaping from the inspection shaft cover. After the inspection shaft cover is lost, the floating ring floats to achieve a safety warning effect.
