The invention discloses an ultralow-energy-consumption architectural treatment method for an assembly type steel structure. The ultralow-energy-consumption architectural treatment method comprises thefollowing steps: establishing a structure main body; prefabricating floor; arranging full-length angle steel at the inner side of an ALC board along the floor through countersunk metal expansion bolts; welding the position of a top plate with an embedded steel beam to fix; fixing the full-length angle steel on the ALB board to the floor through hook head bolts; performing thermal bridge configuration treatment; and performing gastight sealing treatment. Pre-stressed concrete composite slab is adopted as the floor, so that bearing ability is strong and crack resistance is good; thermal balanceof a building is calculated, and thermal bridge preventing treatment is performed, so that non-thermal-bridge effect is good through different kinds of treatment on different parts; and gastight treatment is performed on an opposite-through external wall, a Rafah node hole, a seam and a window, and different treatment ways are adopted according to the conditions, so that phenomena of gas leakageand wind leakage at a building joint are effectively solved to form an efficient gastight layer of the building.
