The invention discloses a wall body heat insulating structure. The wall body heat insulating structure comprises a wall body. The first heat insulating structure is attached to the inner wall of the wall body and used for forming an indoor heat insulating environment. The third heat insulating structure is arranged at the position, where a door and/or a window frame are/is combined, of the wall body and used for forming a heat blocking structure. Different from a traditional unilateral heat insulating structure, thefirst heat insulating structure is arranged on the inner wall of the wall body, the second heat insulating structure is further arranged on the outer wall of the wall body, a double-side heat insulating structure is formed, and the heat insulating effect is improved to a large degree while the waterproof function is achieved. In addition, the third heat insulating structure is provided as for theheat insulating requirements of the positions where the door, the window frame and the wall body are combined, the sealing degree of the positions where the door, the window frame and the wall body are combined is improved, and therefore the heat insulating effect of the wall body is further improved.
